We were introduced to Rich and Ann through a mutual friend shortly after deciding to move to Florida full-time and sell our house in New York. From the get-go we sensed this would not be the typical broker/client relationship. Separately and together they took the time to walk us through the process and really try to understand our needs. We wanted to rent a house in Woodfield Country Club first to enjoy the lifestyle and make sure it was a good “fit.” Within days Ann sent us options and we had a house leased a few weeks later. Ann and Rich paid attention to every detail and went way above and beyond to make the move easier. They helped us with resources, getting the lay of the land and were just super present. A few weeks after moving in, I mentioned to Ann that there was a house posted on Zillow I really liked and had been watching it for a few months. Her immediate response was that she knew the property well, it was very unique and special, and we should just take a look. As soon as we stepped onto the property, we knew it checked all of the boxes. Together, we talked through the options and ramifications of accelerating our purchase timeline and decided to move forward. There were several challenges that had to be managed through contract and closing and their counsel was invaluable. I strongly echo the other comments about Rich and Ann’s professionalism and knowledge. They have a thorough understanding of a real estate transaction, know their market, are extremely ethical and work tirelessly on your behalf. They go way above and beyond expectations and you cannot have a better advocate in your corner. It has truly been a pleasure working with and getting to know them. I’ve known Richard Entel and Ann Fields (Team Entel) for many years and thus I’m in a great position to speak to their character, their domain expertise in real estate and their best practices for conducting a highly effective transaction. Both Ann and Rich have deep knowledge and expertise in my local market, Boca Raton. If they don’t know something they both go to great lengths to research the answer. I find Ann and Rich to be a team of the highest integrity. Both have a tremendous work ethic, basically a 24/7/365 mentality; they are people who follow up relentlessly never keeping you in the dark. During my experience with the Entel team both Ann and Rich took the time to carefully listen to our needs significantly reducing the number of houses we had to burn through to find the right home. Equally important I specifically found Rich to be the master negotiator, working diligently to make the deal happen, which by the way it did resulting in a win/win situation for the buyer and seller. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to list my house exclusively with the Team Entel and I’d definitely use them to represent my best interests as a buyer. I expected my search for a winter home in Florida while living in Boston last summer would be uncertain at best. I was referred to Rich Entel by a childhood friend now living and Florida and not only did he find me thecright home but he also handled many to do items before the closing that made things very very easy for me.
